Thank you for supporting my small independent studio. Every order is carefully prepared and packed with care before it begins its journey to you.

Shipping

Ireland

• Standard shipping available throughout Ireland.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days.

Europe

• Free standard shipping on orders over €150.
• A shipping charge will be calculated at checkout for orders under €150.

International

I ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Please note that international customers outside the EU may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

While I aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to customs processing for international orders.

Returns

I hope you love your purchase. If, however, you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. I'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
